Best answer is to have your seat custom made for you. A seat maker can cut out in just the right places to help you.
2nd answer is some platform shoes (I'm being serious). Whatever shoes you plan to ride in a cobbler can thicken the sole for you.
3rd answer will look the coolest but will also be the most pricey. FBI (Fat Baggers) makes a drop seat conversion. It literally lowers the seat frame by swapping out a frame support.
