Question

Points vs electronic?

I have a 90 softail that the previous owner had converted back to points and condensor due to issues with stock electronic problems. Wondering if it would be better to go back to electronic ignition. Bike is not fuel injected and runs good as it is. Should I change back or go with the old saying...if it ain't broke don't fix it! Any comments would be appreciated.
