Default Offset stem question

Bought a Twin Power 5.00/5.10-16 Heavy Duty TR-6 Offset Metal Stem Tube #281108 and looking at how little the offset stem is, maybe 15 degrees off center, compared to the stem currently in tire at maybe 75 degrees, wondering how the new tube is going to work. Does the center hump in rim cause the tube to form to that shape therefore angling the stem to fit without putting undue pressure on it?

Also, to remove rear tire I was planning to remove lower shock bolts allowing to move the swingarm up to access the axle bolts to avoid removing slip ons. Anyone here successfully do that?
