Default Wheel Question

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 99 year wheel and the 2000 up wheel. I know that the older one uses a 3/4 bearing. and the rear wheel uses a different rotor, but can they be interchanged between the older bike and newer wheels if you change out the bearings?

I have a 98 Ultra and would like to install chrome waggon wheels that are off a 2002 bike. Can they be made to fit?

Thanks

I believe the switch was made in 2002. . .
I had an 01 Ultra, and had obtained a newer rear wheel, thinking I could just change the bearing, but (I don't remember specifically) I did not use it because I think the bearing housing was a different size as well.
