Default Dyna Bead ??????'s

Evening ladies and gents. Ordered me some Dyna Beads figuring I'll give them a try. It seems as though there are plenty of folks in here that are pleased with them. My question is this...They give a tire size/bead weight chart to go by, but are those of you that use them following their guidlines, or adding more than specified?? Thanks.

Default +1 on the Beads

I just put 'em in my FXDL. New Metzlers not too long ago and the guy that mounted them didn't have a balancer. The tires seemed pretty good for a while but recently developed a vibration at 40-55 MPH. Put the beads in this weekend and was very pleased. I know alot of folks call 'em "Snakeoil" and that the science isn't behind it. But reality is 90% perception and I percieved that they really smoothed out my ride.

I put a little over one ounce in the front and two in the rear.

What do you guys do when replacing the tires that you have the beads in allready. Do you tell the shop guys to watch out for them and try to save them all or do you use a new pack of beads in every new tire. Another question I just thought of is When your getting the tire mounted and have the tire guy put the beads in did you ever have them put the tire on the balancer and run it and see if it needs any weights? I'm starting to think about getting these things cause I can't keep the weights on my rear wheel they just keep flying off. And yes we clean the crap out of the rim before we stick them. I'm just curious how well they work. Thanks.
