This thread is a couple months old but I'll add my info for anyone searching. I have a '11 Superglide with the Michelin Scorchers on it. There's 10,600 miles on it and the rear tire is say between 2/32-3/32". I'm guessing I could get another 1,000, maybe 2,000 miles out of it if I really wanted to push it to the limit. Not bad for wear. I don't think I'll replace it with the same as they are just too darn expensive.

 

I do not like the scorchers at all. They do not grip very well, sometimes they slide quite a bit.
