Kuryakyn EZ Brake
Well it's supposedmove the pedal forward to give youmoreroom for your foot on thefloor board.
It think the Harley one does that but also lowers the pedal so you don't have to lift your foot off of the foot board.

Does yours look like this? Here is a site that walks you through the installation.

Stock Brake
I'm thinking about getting one of these because with the position of my highway pegs I can just move my foot to the left and be on the brake pedal without lifting the foot up.

Also, I was mistaken in my earlier post. The Harley extended pedal move the pedal forward but does not lower it. The Kuryakyn EZ brake is suppose to do both.

I you want the brake pedal to be lower & further forward then get the Kuryakyn #9039 or #9040. The difference between the two is the fitment only. I have had mine for about a year and it is MUCH better than the stock unit. Kuryakyn also makes just an extended brake pedal that is almost the same exact thing as the stock one.

Here is a pic of it on my bike. I bought it after my foot got cought under the brake pedal in an emergency, That has not happened since. I swear by this. You must have it installed improperly if you cannot tell a difference bc my pedal is 2inches forward and 2 or 3 inches lower. I only have to move my toe to brake, much like in my car.

I have the EZ-brake on my ride. It's a huge difference on an older bike. Apparently HD made some changes on the newer ones , but, they still haven't made the stock brake as easy to use as the EZ-brake.
It was real uncomfortable to use the stock one, the EZ-brake is , as said above, just like using the brake in your car. It's right were it should be, never look for it. Perfect!

After many years of riding and being able to brake with out lifting my foot off the peg switching to floorboards was great except having to lift my foot to brake.. the EZ BRAKE took care of that..best mod on my bike!!
