What are you all going to do next? Or what have you done to your scoot? I'm always looking for the next thing. Has anyone replaced the foot pegsor hand grips?
Thinking about doing an 88" kit. Found a place that will bore out the cases for $150.00 Just need to convince the wife we need more power, wish me luck.. Mark...
I've replaced the stock seat with a Sundowner, added a detachable mid height sissybar, tapered luggage rack, laydown license plate, relocated the front signals, added the brake light module and red lenses to the rear signals, added a chrome voltage regulator cover, visors for the headlight and front turn signals w/smoked lenses. When I picked up the bike in October, the previous owner had already done the stage 1 and put on SE II pipes and chrome handgrips and crash bar. I plan on doing the color matched side covers and possibly a chrome upper belt guard. I'm thinking about some Kuryakyn Switchblade pegs for the front and some chrome pegs for the passenger. May also add some throwover bags for the summer. Does it ever end???
WhenI bought my bike it had a quick release windshield, stage 1 with SE A/C and SE II slip ons, sissy bar with pad installed and a luggage rack.
One of the first things I did was replace the grips and foot pegs with this style...
After that I bought the chrome extended headlight bezel thena Mustang vintage studded 2 piece seat with the leather studded tank and fender bibs. I never ride 2 up so I only installed the solo seat and took the pad off the sissy bar but the bar looked funny without it so I put a shorter sissy bar on it. I then bought the Willie and Max studded compact slant saddlebags and installed them. Next I put the chrome side horn on it then my son bought me the skull shaped gas cap. The last pieceI installed was the laydown chrome license plate holder I bought off cajun883 on here. That leaves me with what I have as of now.
I've recently ordered a 1250 kit and next plan is to put on an AME wide glide chopper front end.
It never ends
Wow Pig! I never told you this but your scoot looks like a Harley shrine! You should be very proud of your bike bro! The flag and all. The seat is awesome and like the 2 tone paint.
