I made some changes to her and low and behold she started back up again.
I changed the paint, bars,added a tachand some other few odds and ends and had the front end powder coated.
Here is the before and after pics. I am so stoked I really like the new look and how she rides.

The pictures are small ( because I'm not to computer savy) but here is a close up of the paint.
