Default Canned ECM Calibrations?

In the never ending battle to lower temps on my Ultra, I found what appears to be 2 applicable calibrations to the ECM. The dealer printed out the form which shows (lists) the 2 calibrations. The first one is listed below (sorry couldn't attact the file pdf)

Digital Tech part Nbr: 34455-07B/DT
Calibration ID: 34455-07B for Unrestriced (Full Power)
1580 engine displacement
Fuel injectors: 06-07 Twin Cam 25 degree Injector (27709-06/ 06A
Aircleaner: SE High Flow.

The second calibration description states: 1584 Stage 1 LegalW/Engine Idle Temperature Management System, the only difference is the ID # 34456-07B and Digital Tech# the same 34456-07B/DT.

So, if I had a High Flo air cleaner installed, would these richen up the motor without a SERT/PCIII etc or is the dealer spinning my wheels? Will it help Kool things down on my stock Ultra?

What say the collective?

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
