Anyone haveany recomendations on Passenger foot pegs, I have a 05 Fatboy with V&H BSS exhaust, My wife keeps melting her shoes on my pipes and really doesn't likebasic style pegs for comfort. Would like something with more surface area. I ordered passenger boards but just don't like the looks, has anyone tried Kuryakyn ISO stirrups ? By the way if anyone is looking for pass. boards I'll give you a great deal on a set of brand new ones, they'll fit Fatboy with aftermarket exhaust or Heritage, Part #'s are 50460-06 (chrome support kit $249.95) 50752-04 (chrome pan kit $169.95) 50310-02 ( Flame inserts $84.95) $300.00 I'll pay shipping. Send me a pm if interested,
Check out my Photo Gallery for Kury Adjustable Passenger Pegs. My bride really likes them. I assume if they are available for Heritage, you can get them for a FB.
I've been thinking of adding the passenger floorboards, but in looking at your part numbers they specify that those "Fits '00-later Softail models (except FLSTS, FLSTSC, FLSTN, FLSTF, and FXSTD)." According to the description those aren't supposed to fit the FB???
Thanks for the suggestions.... gonna look around at some local dealers, hopefully they have some I can look in person, hard to tell looking at pictures in catalogs.
I have the gyno pegs on my bike but in order to see them it is a large file size and I can't attach on here. If you would like to see send me an emailatbudiii3@yahoo.com then I can send you a regular email with attachment. I may be interested in selling them if you were interested. My girlfriends legs are a little long for them to be comfortable for her.
I picked up a set of Kury Aileron pegs that can be adjusted. Certianly helps keep the wife's boot heel off the pipes, and she says they are much more comfortable than the stock round peg.
