I just recently bought a tour-pac off Ebay for just $95. HD wants $600 for theirs! I know you always take a chance buying something like that off Ebay, but I lucked out. I think it is excellent! The paint perfectly matches. I still had to buy HD's docking kit and tour-pack rack for $250, but still saved hundreds.
There's lots of members here have went that route and are VERY HAPPY - I looked at them for my son's RK - from what I have heard there color matched TourPaks are dead on...
They may lack a bit on looks compared to the HD ones, but I agree it seems to be a pretty good deal. I am looking to get a black pearl one. They make it in my color, I just need the cash, LOL.
I've had one for two years and it's been an excellent value. There are numerous threads on this aftermarket tour pak under the names Customcyclegear, Mutazu, and VIP.

RE: Cheap tour-packs on Ebay
well i have wondered about those tour pac's
i would only use it occasionally when my wife and i go on long trips
so that looked like it would work, but you know not sure what you would get..

I think it looks good actually...
