Gas tank and mirror mod...pics
Yanked stainless strip of top of gas tank today and flipped mirrors......OH YEAH!, This it more what I was after......Mirrors offer much better sight picture now.

Thanks....those mirrors HAD to get flipped cause I was always catching my knuckles on them when I reached for clutch or brake....sam with stock mirrows....the wider bars allowed me to flip them without hitting gas tank when fork locked....still got two inches to spare....plus mirror wires now are invisible....And bike looks much lower....yeah, it's a keeper now.

Don't know yet, but the white is history for sure.......still fingering out what tank n rear fender needs to look like.....want a coffin tank and bob, but still searching parts.
