Default Rattle can magic on FXD Speedo pics
Ok, maybe not magic but much more liveable for only $10.00. Bought a can of spray paint that came real close to Fire Red Pearl and clear coat at the auto parts store.I think I like it so I'm going to strip it back down and paint with the $50.00 Harley Spray paint (someday). Would have powder coated but the backing plate is freakin plastic.

Man aren't you the creative one. That looks good breaks up all that chrome at the bars. Nice you should put that in the 50 buxs mod thread

Thanks Punty and Smiley, this was one of those back of my mind projects for awhile. Have to stay on the cheap so I knew all of those high dollar Speedo fixes for the FXD werent for me but that just makes it more fun.

Thanks to all for the comments. Posting here seals the deal weather or not a change went in the right direction. Dawg Rider I think youre right with the bucket but Ill do it right and sand blastthat and the speedo. kk6pg, I just sprayed primer over the wrinkle then went to painting. This was just a test run to see if I liked it.
