Default Cleaning with Lemon Pledge

Hello everyone...I used the old Lemon Pledge today on the ride after reading about here but I'm still wondering if it's safe for everything. Is there anything on the bike you would not use Lemon Pledge? I don't mean the tires now or the engine but anywhere else i.e. will it hurt the paint or windscreen? Also do any of you use the Pledge to just give the ride a quite shine after a ride without washing her first?

Geeeez! I used Lemon Pledge on my cars and bikes 30 frickin' years ago and thought me and my friends were the only ones who did! Little did I know we were onto something. Nice to know it hasn't gone out of style. A good inexpensive way to do some quick detailing.

Yeah, Pledge is fine, wal-mart sells "pig spit", it's works very well also. Honda cleaner is good also.
