Finally picked a Side Mount Plate
After much looking for a side mounted license plate frame I finally decided to go with Heartland USA. I wanted to go with something simple, small, and a style that fits my ride. This Heartland model is a basic rectangle without an attached light, it is compact and mounts close inside the swing arm. I had to cut 1/4" all the way around off my license plate to make it fit inside, this allows for the smaller frame. Also from Heartland I mounted a small LED light to Illuminate the license plate. This frames also folds in. Here are some pics:

Yes it's Heartland USA. Their site is not working and their products are had to find so I ordered the parts direct from Heartland over the phone. Cool guys got it here in two days. I will most likely get the 250 Fat Tire kit from them too.

Where do you tie in the led light wiring?
I have the same plate, but they didn't offer the light when I bought it.

The LED light mounts to the belt guard bolt. The wiring follows the swing arm into the back of the frame to the seat. The light is sold seperately. This is what happens when their site is down, information is judt lost. I would just call them.
