Default Adjusting pushrods

Ok guys, lost my notes and tried searching this and ended up with out an answer. I am going to adjust pushrods on my bike (v-thunder) put them in 2 years ago after doing a cam swap. I know lifters need to be on low spot of cam at tdc. But I can't remember the procedure for lifter bleed down since the bike has been ran, and I am not pulling the lifters.
Do I need to bleed them to adjust and if so how do you do that again? Help is greatly appreciated!

Instructions assume that lifters have been run. If they haven't you would need to run the motor for a few mins and the readjust with the motor cold. But yours have been run so just follow the sheet.
