Hi Im a soldier serving here in Tikrit Iraq. I absolutely love the fact you have a support the troops section here on the website. I am new to HDFORUM, I just recently purchased my first Harley while here in Iraq. I bought it through the AAFES program and it will be delivered and waiting for my return to the states. Personally I volunteered to come here for a second tour and its my third tour over seas since 9/11. I love my job and couldnt think of anything better to do then give back to a country who has given me so many opportunities to live a great life. It is tough over here emotionally, I have lost some friends and when we get recognized by sites such as this it makes handling it much better. It reminds us that we will not be forgotten should we have to give "Everything" for our country. I want to thank each and everyone of you who submit messages and general support to us troopers. I appreciate it very much.
Sgt. Ryan Kernen
