I had a similar problem with my 04 RKC but mine would work once in a while. Took it in and the dealer said it was the module ( waited three weeks to get the part on back order ) they replaced it and that wasn't the problem. Turns out it was the set/resume switch that was also on back order. Waited another week for that part they replaced it and haven't had any trouble since. Luckily it was under warenty.
