do you really need to change your brake fluid every 2 years with dot 5

I'll play Devil's Advocate.  I think that depends on your braking style.  I'd minimally do a fluid inspection once in awhile.  If you ride a lot, depending on stop/go conditions on your riding path, you're going to be changing your brake pads every 3-5 years and that's when I flush and evacuate both reservoirs and refill.  Brakes are the most critical aspect of safety in motorcycling.  Do you really want to take a chance?  Call me anal, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
