2008 Heritage Softail

When it comes to custom bikes, it doesn’t get much prettier than this 2008 Heritage Softail!

Even in stock form, the 2008 Heritage Softail is a beautiful bike. Although that doesn’t mean you can’t make it better, and that’s exactly what the owner of this pristine example did. With a slew of new parts and a whole lot of custom work, this pre-loved Softail is even better than new.

To kick things off, is there anything better than a black bike with a plethora of chrome? The DNA spoked wheels with Avon whitewall tires only add to the modern old-school look. In addition, a 2-inch drop keeps that pretty rolling stock tucked up under the fenders.

Some of the many chrome bits include the hand controls and beach bars. You can’t miss the classic 36″ Bassani dual fishtail exhaust, which is a match made in heaven for this bike. Other goodies include Harley visors, a custom tool box, and front and rear crash bars.

Seating is courtesy of Lepara bare bones piece, from where you’ll have a good view of the chromed dash extension. What you won’t find is some crazy stereo or modern frills that many would deem unnecessary. Just old school Harley, with some tasteful modern touches thrown in.

We recently spotted this beauty online, where it went for $18,500 on eBay. Looks like it was a steal. Congrats to the lucky new owner.
