Get Your Funk On at 'Best Rally in the West'

Pendleton Bike Week is set for July 19-23 in Oregon, but you better start planning now for this mega-popular party featuring Grand Funk Railroad.

The “biggest and best rally in the West,” Pendleton Bike Week  is the fastest-growing motorcycle rally in the Western USA. To be held July 19-23 in Pendleton, Oregon, the week of fun includes bike rides, new friends, contests and entertainment. Plus, Grand Funk Railroad will be performing Saturday night, July 22 at Happy Canyon stadium.

You’ll want to enter the Wounded Warrior of Oregon Bike Show to be held on July 22. There are over 30 categories with awesome trophies to be handed out! All bikes are welcome. Show staging starts at 11:00 am at the Pendleton Convention Center parking lot, next to the Harley-Davidson semi trucks. Trophies will be awarded at 6:00 pm. Entry forms are available at the Wounded Warrior Oregon Booth at the convention center.

The VIP PASS is the best deal: VIP seats at Grand Funk Railroad Concert, a commemorative t-shirt, a Ride Pin, Free Shuttle Bus, plus entry to the VIP Party, the VIP Lounge, and the Poker Run. With the VIP pass, you’ll also be able to rock your socks off all four days at the Hardtail Saloon. Get your tickets now here.

PBW is in it’s third year and it’s estimated there will be upwards of 20,000 bikers over the four days visiting the area this year. Sponsored in part by Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson, Pendleton Bike Week is not a local or national sponsored Harley Owners Group (HOG) event so this is really the first-of-its-kind partnership with H-D. Harley-Davidson will have factory reps on hand to chat with, and two factory demo trucks onsite so riders can experience the performance of the company’s new line of motorcycles, including the new Milwaukee-Eight engine.

Why don’t you want to miss this rally? Because as Grand Funk Railroad sing in their number one song, “We’re an American band, we’re comin’ to your town, we’ll help you party it down.”
