this definitely helped me out. I've been on the fence with the Dresser and Power duals for awhile, even thought I had it figured out for a minute lol. After hearing the guys that have the dresser dual with the hi-outputs, my mind is made up. Going for the Dresser Dual for the sound and volume over the Power Dual. Now to decide to go with the PCV or the V&H FP3 (sticking with just the stage 1 for now, slight chance of cams in the future, but who knows)................. Post how you like the Dressers with the Rineharts.

first off, the combo with 4" slip-ons is MEAN! really opened it up the way I wanted it to sound without being obnoxious.
then after tuning it with my FP3 for dresser duals w/slash-cut rounds (per V&H after calling them; they share the same dimensions and baffles as my Rinhardts) this thing RIPS!
whoever was complaining about loss of low-end wasn't tuned or wasn't tuned properly.
VERY happy with them.

Very nice - thanks for posting - slowly but surely going to have a final idea
I want duals and was concerned on the possible loss in torque

Great looking bike. I've been going back & forth with the idea of the V&H Dresser Duals & the Fuel Moto Jackpot 2-into-1-into-2 Stainless Steel Ceramic coated. I love the sound of the duals, but was also concerned about the low of low end torque. I have basically the same set up, FP3 & slash cut rounds. How much heat reduction did you notice? This is why I've been leaning towards the ceramic coating.
Pretty much in the same boat, have a CVO RK, fitted V&H twin slash oval slip ons to standard headers (mainly because, dealer told me they were the only slip ons that would fit under the stretched bags - wrong).
Anyways, read some have fitted quiet baffles after fitting dresser duals. Are they much louder with standard? Ran V&H big shot longs on my Heritage and had to fit quiet baffles there, as the bike was really loud.
