After downloading to your thumb drive did you right click on the file and click extract all to unzip the file? The file while zipped cannot be read by your bike until this happens.
I found out this morning when I updated mine that it wouldn't read my 64gb thumb drive for some reason, I had already unzipped it from my desk top and then installed it on a 1gb thumb drive and it worked fine.

Extracted the "zipped" iso file to another file on the same flash drive. Installed as per page 62 of manual. Same (no playable data found) msg on screen.
Deleted "zipped" iso file from flash drive leaving just the unzipped one on it. Re-installed on bike, same (no playable data found) msg on screen.
delete the file from the flash drive. on your computer double click the zip file (it should be under downloads) then right click on the .iso file then move to F:

When I right click on the .iso file I get a pop up window that contains:

properties
When I click on copy, no further pop up windows appear.
