Cool idea. I did the bogey lights on my last bike. This would be something different. Thanks

Found them. I was searching in motorcycle parts only. When changing to search to All of Ebay-motors they showed up. Thanks.

Ok, answers to a few questions. Yes the way I mounted it there is no interference with a lift. I made a small L bracket and put it right behind the rear brake pedal using a mounting bolt for the brake cylinder. See pics. I also mounted a switch on the dash in place of one of the blanks. This works for me but you could mount the switch anywhere. I have seen these mounted in the rear but I did not want to put a hole in the saddle bags. I just couldn't find a better place and as it turns out it shows well.

That is very unique and looks great but with a 400 mA how long do you plan to leave it on, if you found an always on wire you'll be draining the battery overnight or am I missing something?

All that aside very clean install.

OP has it wired thru a switch on the dash. Look on the right side in his picture above.

Would be awesome if you could do custom messages like:

"***, grass, or cash" or "No warning shots given".

I would make mine say, "You're looking at it, I'm looking at you...through my scope."

Or a **** star, or a dead body outline. That would be cool.

I have a pair that I bought a couple of years ago but I just couldn't find a place that I wanted to mount them because I didn't want to drill holes in anything big enough to mount them. When I got mine the picture that was used was them mounted in the rear bottom of the tourpak and the lights shinning down at the back of the bike looked cool and I am thinking about mounting them on the new bike.
