With all of the salt and crap on the road for what you are spending I'm sure they would deliver it to your driveway if you ask. I imagine they are pretty slow with the weather, I'm sure they can find 30 minutes to do that for you. During the off season my dealer will usually offer free pickup and delivery for service.
I cant believe they didn't offer a free delivery from the day you signed the paper. I bought mine in Jan and they delivered free 90 miles a few weeks later.

Still waiting to finish the finances, that will happen this week.
I will certainly be insisting that they deliver to my house.
Thanks for bringing this up guys. I never even considered having the bike delivered, I always have that image of pulling out of the dealers lot with a big smile on my face.
Back to the winter blues..... 5-8 inches of white crap due today
I have to get to some place warm. We are off to Australia next week. I need to be in a place it is summer. Doubt I will get to ride while there, but still the heat will be good.
Being that close to them you shouldn't even have to beg. Just make sure you ask before signing papers. My dealerships have also thrown in t-shirts, battery tenders, and kickstand pucks with my purchases. For what they cost they should give you a couple of freebies, but you may have to ask. Heck, see if they'll throw in the 1,000 mile service. They're probably not moving a ton of bikes right now, and the worst thing they can do is say no.
It's a beautiful 80 degrees where I'm at, I just don't have my bike with me to enjoy the weather. I'm a half a world away from home in NW Florida. One more month and I'll be home to ride her again.

It's been pretty darn cold here in SW VA the last week. Had 2 snowstorms in a week. Of course not as bad as Mass.; NE etc. but bad for here. Temps have been abnormal also. Today temps suppose to get in mid 40's & that should help melt the ice we now have. Leaving in 10 days to ride to Daytona Bike Week unless Mother nature screws that up. Need to get some bike therapy soon!
