Default Front fender removal

It appears that the front fender on a 14+ Limited can be removed easily without wheel removal? Anyone done it? Looks like just 4 fasteners & it appears it would fit between the forks & over the tire?

You have to remove the outer fairing to unplug the wire for the fender tip light.

But that's simple.

I've had my fender off twice.... and the outer fairing half a dozen times.

Forgot about the light but that's what I was thinking, looks simple enough. Thanks for the reply.

Yep take the screws out of the fairing rock it forward a bit unplug the light take out the four bolts and the fender will lift out. Easier if you lift the front a little to let the forks come down a bit but not necessary.
