Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if something is wrong with my Eitms on my 15 Sgs. I was out riding and decided to disable it, I did the throttle roll off held it and the light started flashing orange. I went back to turn it on and it was already on I believe because each time i throttle roll and hold it the light goes orange. If it was disabled shouldn't the light go to green not orange again.
Are you rolling off all the way to the forward stop each time at a stop?
Yes, each time the crusie control light comes on and starts to flash. But each time the system is on because it goes to orange and flashes. If I let go of the throttle and roll off again right away it works and goes to green. But if I wait it will turn back on because when i roll off the light always goes to flashing orange.

Maybe I am misunderstanding what your saying......
But it sounds to me like you are turning it on and off at each stop?
Turn it off once, and leave it off.
Once it is turned off, it will stay off until you turn it on again.
Do not roll your throttle grip all the way to the forward stop again.
At least not until you want to turn it on again.
If you are rolling all the way past zero throttle to the forward stop and holding it, you are basically cycling the eitms on and off.
If you are stopping at zero throttle which is the natural stop of the throttle if you just let it go for either direction the eitms won't cycle.
Do you have the 6.5 ? If so you should be able to press the right turn signal/info button to see if it is enabled or not as well.
If the throttle is at 0 and not all the way to the forward stop, and eitms is flashing, you have an issue that needs looking at.
It sounds like you are going past 0 and holding to cause it to cycle though.

No I'm not doing it at each stop. When I first tried it I turned it off, when I went to turn it back on it was already on. So since then I have tried it several times, after I turn it off if I go to turn it back on I believe it's already back on because if I roll forward the light flashes orange, if it's already off shouldn't the light flash green to turn it back on.
Well,
it could just be that you haven't actually cycled it. My 09 RK and occasionally my 15 Ultra will initially show what the status was. Meaning if it was off when I roll forward it shows that is indeed off instead of turning on. If it flashes yellow and you want it on just recycle it to go green or vice versa. My 15 did it when I picked it up from the dealer. It's more common the longer it stays in which ever status.
You have a Power Vision installed and this is hindering you enabling and disabling it. Mine does the same thing with the PV map loaded and stays disabled. I never gave it much thought as I don't use it but you can turn it back on and set the temp settings to match your OEM tune that was saved to your PV.
Thanks for the help, with the info button it is correct, I tried it and it is working correctly. with the info button at least I know for sure if it's on or off.

On my bike it is staying on. I turned it off and my info button says it is disabled, but when I roll the throttle it shows me that it is on.
