It might be easier to just get a re-curve windshield.
The slight curve of a 17 inch would respond to wind like a 19 inch.
There are other lengths available.
I have an 18" re-curve LRS, and its great with the half-helmet, but buffets with a full-face very badly over 50mph. I'll be getting a tinted 16", just to get some air off of my chest, for full-face riding.
