After removing sealant/balance material from the front tire it don't vibrate and start shacking like it did. After the first time it did it the steering head bearings felt loose so I adjusted the swing-back.
I had put new brake pads at the same time and thought that may have contributed to the shacking also but apparently the balance was the issue.
So, you think the RO was the culprit, causing imbalance?

Yes I think so, I don't know why thou it's suposto work. Now No shacking all the way to top end speed. I paid HD dealer to remove the crap and rebalance the tire when the bike was in there for other warranty work.
The first time it happen I immediately stopped and looked at everything and felt of the brake disks. They were hot of course but not too hot, didn't have a temp gauge but the back of my fingers didn't melt to the disk ether they were not too hot.
Maybe there was too much sealant added, maybe my rim is too far unbalanced to balance with the stuff? The back tire still has it and no issues and its a lot harder to take off anyway, going to stay with the old fashioned way with the front.
Thank you. Some may think I'm just showing off (ok maybe I am a little) lol. The bike has stage1 and 57h cams and was tuned by Kurt at The Bike Shop, with the TP off and a very low 4.5" wind splitter. Its no a crotchrocket by no means, but you can hit 110 and come right back down to legal speed in a short distance. It's a blast to ride .
There's some that say cams in these rushmores is a waste of money but it's more fun to ride with the cams in it.
Op,
Awesome video, question, what is the blinking light on your speedo as you move into triple digits. A warning light or what?
Also, suggest you consider the weight of the batwing fairing on the front end and the way wind hits both sides of the batwing.
With the road glide, due to the frame mounted fairing, the high speed shake is absent.
No weight on front wheel and fairing is not mounted to the forks.
I like you regularly ride at triple digit speed. Here in Montana, lots of long open highways that make you want to tempt fate

So there is sealant from the factory in there? I have been busy at work and haven't had a chance to take it to the stealership... had it out Saturday for a minute, and at 110, there is definitely a very notable shake on mine!

I had replaced the tires a few weeks ago and added the sealant. The stock tires ran true for 13500 mile. After the shacking the steering head bearings needed adjusting too.

Thanks, the cruse light is blinking, I had used it but didn't turn it off, it's never blinked like that before or after.
Good point with the fairings, never thought about that. But if you were really going to build something for top speed it would be more like the RG fairing I'm sure.
I don't always ride like that obviously I could lose my license or worse. But it is a blast and maintain and check the bike basically every ride and pick and chose the time and place. Ever time I post a video some jack wagon fells like it open season busting my chops but here's another one with new tires and after getting the front tire rebalanced. The wind blew my phone but it was about 122mph.
