road trip
finally got the cup holders, rack and highway boards installed. rain gear bought, new leathers for me n the wifey.....now to just get her shined up and off we go Thursday......heading to Louisville to do the Kentucky bourbon trail. Chicago to Louisville via us rte 41. sooo looking forward to our first road trip on the new bike. finally gonna get some numbers on the odometer! so much rain haven't been able to ride much lately.

If you're looking for some great riding near Louisville, take a look at a map and find the triangle formed by I-71, I-64, and I-75 to the east/northeast of Louisville. Some fantastic roads up in there. KY22, for example is really nice.

not sure how that came about safety man. I cleaned it up I think. thanks for the tips on the roads scottKY. will try to get to some. we r using mint julep tours and im not sure how much extra time we will have. 2 full days on tour, too much tasting involved to be rolling around on two wheels we thought so we booked through them.
