Looks like no matter what valve you use it's either one of two ways, remove the bag or lay on the ground. I lay on the ground, easy getting down, not so much getting back up...can't understand why some type of pressure monitoring system isn't standard on all bikes, you only have 2 tires. I check mine every time I ride, wanna know if there's gonna be a problem before I have one.

Believe it or not, they are lighter than the rubber factory valve stems.

From the sellers listing >

Not only they are much safer than the rubber valve stems, they are considerably lighter as well. Each valve weighs in at only 11grams (0.388 ounces)!

I just roll the bike until the valve is in the 7-8 O'clock position. Then place a rag on the ground behind the right bag, and kneel on the rag. It is pretty easy to reach in and check it and or air it up with a 90 degree air gauge and air fitting. Takes less time to do than removing the bag.

I put on a set of stem cap tire monitors that you would read out the pressure on a screen. They were inaccurate and useless, so I bought the extension mentioned and just check the tires the old fashioned way. I wish I had put those angled tire stems on at the last tire change.
