Congrats on the new bike Tina. I bought the same model, same color in April. I had the saddlebag recall done and just got a notice for the clutch recall. Don't let that dissuade you from enjoying the bike, I am having a great time with mine.
Congratulations the new Ultra Low is a great bike. I have one the same color with 4700 miles on it. I love it, but do have a couple minor issues. I have found the " Daymaker" lights to be weak. (Especially the high beam) Next service visit I am going to have them program the low beam to stay on with the high beam. I have been told this helps a lot. I have also been told this may not be legal, but to see better I will take that chance. I don't ride at night that much but when I do I want as much light as I can get. I am also going to experiment with the headlight adjustment myself to make sure I am getting the light where I want it. It seems this led light shoots a strong narrow beam. There is a bright spot, but the spot is not big enough.
Some people seem to disagree with my experience with the lights. I am getting older and I probably don't have great night vision. I owned the bike for over a month before my first night ride and it was a shock. Mostly because the headlight was pointing down about 10 feet in front of the bike. When I had them adjust it up a little is when I realized how small of an area it lights up. I will say this they gave it the right name, because it MAKES you only want to ride during the DAY. Other than this it has been a real good bike.
FYI the dealer can't program the hi and low beam on the limited. Just came back from pikes peak HD the service manager called HD and they laughed at him

Correct. You can ask to have the bike flashed so the passing lights stay on with the high beam.
But if you ride at night you'll soon realize the high beam is terrible and you'll search for something better.
Congrats on the new bike. Let me make a suggestion. Next time you visit your dealer have them flash your bike so the auxiliary lights will stay with your high beam headlight. If you take a ride tonight you'll see why you need to do that.
My bike came from the dealer with that change already. 😀
