The cams in TC Rushmores are a 254E. That is a different grind than a 255. It is closer to a TW222. I am going to keep the 254E and installing jackpot headers and target tune wideband with powervision. Stage 1 intake is already installed. That should put more pep in my step.
I don't know where you got infro that the stock 103 has 254E cams but its not what I had taken out of my 103
They are a cheap pressed lobe cam
maybe you talking CVO units?????
not 103 regular bikes
254E is a ground one piece unit
I believe specs on cam are not same also

I got it straight from the dealer. I have a spec sheet on it in my lap. The Moco is selling these cams now, $329.
I have the 57 cams but I think I'm going to a 2-n-1 Rush Wrath to bring the low end back up. I've saw 3 dyno's from other bikes with a 2-n-1 and they bcame on like gang-busters with these pipes. I love the cams but want it to come on sooner.
SE book says .511" lift for 2014 103 setup. They are closer to the 255 cams, with 2° less duration and less lift (.556" for the 255). And the intake closing is 5° sooner on the 255. Honestly I'm not sure why they even make the 254, seems useless, and can't be much (if any) more beneficial than the stock 103HO or 255 cams.
The Andrews 57h is a good cam for baggers. I had 48h on my 2010 96ci motor and it really woke it up and ran real well. Andrews 26h is also a good cam on 96 or 103 for a bolt on cam. Uses stock lifters, springs, heads etc. I will evaluate the stock 254e cam in my Rushmore with target tune and powervision and FuelMoto will give me the right map for how my bike is set up. I want a dyno sheet on it when I'm done, but I'm to far from FuelMoto. I am 100 miles from Dynojet and will take it in there. I think the 254e is very close to TW222 specs so if the tune gets my bike up in that range, I will be quite pleased. All the cams from Harley are set for smog/EPA compliance.

Yeah I switched up the '13 lift which was .484 with the '14 lift which is, as you stated .511.
