I also have a 2008 105th Anniversary Ultra that I have been considering upgrading to a 15 or 16 limited.
There are improvements to the new bikes, some I thought were great, others I thought were ok and others I didn't think helped anything.
I wasn't comparing power to my CVO, that is not a fair comparison, but I was comparing power to the 96 in my 08. I probably didn't make that clear.
I realize the CVO's have a better sound system and I greatly appreciate that. But everything I have read made it sound like the newer bikes have a great radio with tons of improvements. Perhaps they do, just in this case I didn't see or hear the improvements.
I didn't go into any styling items such as the wheels or colors because all those things are subjectional anyway, some people love black bikes cars etc while others cant stand any color but blue.
I didn't see, feel or hear enough improvements to get me to spend Somewhere between 18 & 20 grand to upgrade to a new bike. I emphasize there are improvements! just not enough yet to get me to pull the trigger
