Looking for some ideas and pics if you have them. I got the HD helmet lock for Christmas and tried a few different spots and not sure I like any of them.
If you have one on your bike, could you please post pics? Also looking for opinions on how it works
Lock it around the right side of your engine guard and hang it from your rear brake lever, this way it doesn't have far to fall if you ever drop it .....
Here's a pic when I was installing my new lights. I lock the helmet and hang it on the foot peg. Three other friends have bought one since and put theirs in pretty much the same place.
You guys may laugh but I think the helmet locks are just an ugly contraption that doesn't look good no matter where you put it. I saw this lock posted by someone else as an option. It is black, padded and removable. Stores easily and you don't have to fumble with a key. It works great for me when I need to leave the helmets with the bike. http://t.toysrus.com/product/index.j...:64844026:TRUS

I love the way my lock looks. Good solid chrome, functions flawlessly. I don't like the look of the one you posted. Different strokes for different folks.
