I'll take a good running bike any day over a good running warranty.
I agree 100% That's why I spent thousands on my old Heritage to get it near 100hp from the stock 60 something... I think the new Limited works great. Did your bike not run good?

No, my bike runs great, I just don't worry about warranty.
Stage one is a street tune, emissions compliant, and has zero effect on warranty, but at the end of the day, that's not my full reason for not getting a tuner, just part of it. Thanks for the advice though. I do know enough about tuners, all I was really wondering is if there was anyone with a similar setup who had luck with only the flash. The harley tuner also has zero effect on the warranty. The older sert could void warranty, but the new one doesn't. And as far as a decated header goes, the would really have to be looking hard at it to even notice. My guy did a pretty good job welding.
Unless something has changed, the se tuner is marked in the catalog with with the traffic light symbol. To the best of my knowledge anything marked with that will have no effect on the warranty. Maybe I was misinformed by the MOCO, and if so, sorry... And as I stated before, by question was simply if anyone has a similar setup with only a flash, and how they were making out with it. If I knew everything about everything I wouldn't have had to ask, would I? Anyways, I'm not trying to start a fight, just trying to have a question answered. And I'm also not trying to argue over warranty issues, as I don't plan on getting the SE tuner either. If you can find anything stating that a Harley stage one flash can void warranty please post a quote or link. I'm sure there's a lot of people, myself included that would be interested in reading on that.
