Which antenna is longer?

Default Which antenna is longer?
I took my cb and fm antenna off to cover my bike. I thought they were the same but one is about 1/8 in longer and I have them mixed up.

Don't know about the length, but on mine there is writing that says which is which, look carefully

They are marked on the base of the antenna.

Which side of the tour pack does the CB antenna go?

Look at an Ultra, which only has an FM antenna and you will have your answer.

Maybe get a cover with cut-outs for the ant's.

Take the antenna with 'FM' embossed at the base of it and screw it on one of the antenna mounts, leaving the other mount bare. Turn on radio and see if you get reception. If not, try it on the other side.

From your diagrams it appear th CB antenna will screw to the right side(if youre facing the rear of the tour pack
