Why trust a cheep jack on a $25,000. motorcycle . Spend the money i found a Lift one Craigslist , bought a Moto-Jack lift , A & A magnetics , no longer made but built like a Tank, J & S, builds one , Handy industries builds one . The company that i bought mine from has a few of the low profile jacks left. They wanted $250. plus shipping for it , they had about 4- 5 left old new stock. But are Extremely well built and Don't Flex when jacking up or rock Go to the Handy U-tube and look at there Video . It's worth your time just to see it. I thought my jack was a Handy, but Built like it !!!
I went with the Harbor Freight stand/cradle for $59. Holds my 15 SGS just fine. Anchor it to the floor, then just drive the front wheel on to it. Clears the fender fine, and has been great for over a year. I actually just "dock" my bike in it permanently now.
I didn't mention that I also have a Condor chock bolted to my Atlas1500... I like to work all the way around my bike, the sides come off, if I choose, and she sleeps there when I'm not riding.
As said the Harbor Freight one is pretty decent. I don't own one yet either, but that's what I'll probably end up with. Do have a craftsman jack that I use when I need to lift the bike, which works well enough.
I wish I had room for a full table, some of the ones I've seen here look really great!
I do have a J&S Jack that is SUPER! It's the easiest jack to use that I've ever seen, truly a one person job to raise and lower the bike. I don't even have to touch the bike to keep it steady or bring it down right onto the side stand.
Bought the Harbor Freight one last weekend. $56.00 after sale price and super coupon. What's not to like about that for no more than I'm going to use it. Supports my '14 Ultra just fine.
Hell I thought we all had lifts...
I do have a bike lift also, its like 20 years old..well built...not even sure who made it?
I keep my bike clean so its on the bike lift often!
