Default Center stand

Anyone have a center stand on a Rushmore? If so are they as easy to get on and off the stand as the video shows?

Thumbs up Have one on my 2015 Ultra Limited

I put one on my Ultra limited. Goes on easy and works like a charm. I love it for servicing the bike and saving room in garage. The only thing is you do lose a little clearance and have to take it easy over bumps like rail road crossing and speed bumps as it will take a hit.

They are great, but as mentioned you have to aware it is on there. They are great for doing service on the bike. They will not work with floor jacks like J&S however, it only takes 3 minutes to remove or replace the center stand. What I do is clean the bike on the centerstand then remove it and jack it up to clean the wheels. The are other advantages just watch all the video's on WheelDocks website. In addition, I also have their wheel chock, which is the best on the market in IMHO.

I dunno, some love'm some don't. I had one and sold it within 2 months. Lemme tell you, you have to be very careful the way you push down on the lever because you can tip the beast on it's side before you even know what happened. I've only tipped a Harley once before I got the center stand and dumped it about 4 times before I sold it here.

Another note, when the tire gets worn it's much harder to get off the stand.

Just my 2 cents...

I've got a '14 Limited and put the EZ Up on it a while back to help with parking in the garage to save space, etc. I installed Ohlins shocks that are 1/4" longer than stock and can't use the stand. If I put the bike up on the stand, it will roll straight off by itself and fall over. The stand itself is easy to install (literally less than 5 mins) and seems well built, but won't work for my bike.

If you have stock suspension it works well, I know a few people who have it and they really like it, which is why I bought mine. But I'm the only one with the Ohlins so we didn't know about the rolling off issue until mine.

By the way, if anyone wants to buy mine I'll sell it at 50% off new.

Lots of pros and cons on bagger center stands. If have a storage space problem, they are good.Otherwise not much of a benifit.

I only deploy the center stand while standing beside the bike. I will not deploy on the bike like the videos show

I have one on my 15 Limited. It takes a few tries to get use to getting it up. For safety reasons I place a board if front of it in my garage. I leave it on the stand between two cars. I use it to service my bike. I also used it to sit and relax during stops sometimes.
