Fixed it!

I've been chasing my tail trying to locate an intermittent vibration noise. Long story short, it was the right saddle bag support rail. I put a light coat of grease on the bag support rubbers... noise gone!

Good catch. I have the same thing going on, hopefully it's the same fix. I don't know what year they stopped the bags from clipping on to the support rails, big mistake IMHO.
