I have a 2015 Limited Low. My front calipers drag on my rotors. If you have the bike off the ground and try to spin the wheel it has quite a bit of drag. Gets real warm almost hot when riding. My 2012 or my 1999 Harley's didn't do this. Is this a product of ABS. Has anyone else noticed this. They work fine, but never seem to completely release.

As with most vehicle disc brakes, these calipers don't have a pad-retractor feature, so the pads will generally always drag a little. The amount of drag can vary between bikes. The warm rotors you're noticing might be due to having stopped and warmed them up just before checking them.
Try riding for a couple of miles and then coasting to a complete stop and check them then. If they're hot, then you have a problem. Just slightly-warm or cool is OK.
Mine drag a little too so I did the test described above and they felt about the same temp as the air. So far, no problems.
I have not owned a Harley that the front pads do not drag a little.Never had a warped rotor,so a little drag must be normal.

+1
All disc brakes will have a slight drag feel to them.
If the bike is on a lift and you spin the wheel, you will feel/hear is slightly
If the bike is on the ground, it should not stop, or even slow down when rolling it.
Also, the discs will be very warm to the touch after getting off the bike.
Extremely hot is not normal though. But they will be on the warm side.
There was a recall last year where the brake line was getting pinched causing the front brakes to drag.
I've also heard of people having sticky caliper Pistons due to bugs and road grim. They had to remove and clean to fix.

Hadn't heard about that one. Yeah, sticky caliper pistons or a pinched line would certainly cause brake drag. I wouldn't have expected new or nearly-new calipers to get gunked up and start sticking that quickly, though.
OTOH, we're talking about a MOCO-designed part, so I guess anything's possible!
I been experiencing a similar issue. When I turn left or right I am getting a slight vibration through the bars. Don't do it going straight. Dealer had it ten days and said they had no idea what it is. Not so sure I am a Harley brake person. Not a real bad vibration but enough to be wondering what could be going on with your brakes

I've noticed a slight vibration turning due to cupping on the edges of the front tire.
