Recently bought a 2014 Ultra Limited, had nearly no miles on it. I noticed a problem with the GPS, when you use a factory stored location, it will say you have arrived at it after youve gone 6 miles past. I also dicovered my speedo and the speed on the GPS screen are identical and reading 6 miles faster than your going. The odometer adds 8% more mileage than you have actually gone.
I went on the Harley Naviex sight , down loaded the info from my bike onto a stick, plugged it in and it says there is an important update for me. I installed on the stick, plugged into the bike, followed the instructions to install and the bike wont accept it , comes up with error message, Navsync_No NavContent
It says I have Database: NQNA2012Q2
Navigation Software: 9.10.14.608805
Sorry for the long thread but can anyone help me out with this.

Updating the Nav database will cost you $150 & won't resolve the issues you're describing. Since you didn't mention being charged the $150, it sounds like you only got some of the instructions required for the Nav db update. You would need to go to: https://harley-davidson.naviextras.c...?selectedTab=3
to purchase the db, then use the Naviextras Toolbox program for the install.
Speeds are identical because they are using same source: bike's speedometer sending unit.
I have read that some with the later DB still have issues with incorrect addresses in the stored DB, so I've opted not to purchase a newer, but still 3yr old DB for $150 because I see little benefit except for not having new road construction info.
Of greater benefit is making sure the Infotainment system software is up to date (current available version is 1.19.2). This is where the link GalvTexGuy posted comes in. That's where you'll find that software update. Check you bike for the current loaded version & if it's not 1.19.2 you may want to install the current version using his link.
Harley speedos are well known for being out of calibration, as are the speedos of most other domestic vehicles.
At least with a Harley if you buy one(some) of the many aftermarket ECM tuners you can correct the speedo reading.
I too got the Navsync Nonavcontent error after trying to update my maps.
I think I know what I did wrong - I didn't do the separate update BEFORE loading my maps - I tried to do it all at the same time which broke the system.
I am currently getting it looked at as a warranty issue by Harley.
If you manage to beat this error please let me know how to fix it as I have been trying to fix this error for months.

Fixed the GPS problem today Mounted up my Garmin Zumo 660, back in business, done with that mickey mouse piece of crap Harley calls a gps.
Which dealer were you looking for? I have 2 Rushmore's, a Garmin 660 and a Garmin 2689 for my car. Both Garmin's have the latest update and I'd like to check and see if they have the correct address.
3 years ago today, my Garmin took me to an empty building in Kelowna BC when I was looking for that dealer, they moved down the road and I saw the sign going back
