This battery lasted 5+ years and 65K miles on my 2005 FLTR . When my 2014 needs a new battery I will order the exact same one. it is about $100. shipped.
Yuasa batteries do fail. In ten years I had two new Yuasa batteries fail suddenly. Internal shorts, or opens, apparently. First one a 96 Wing. Battery had less than 10k on it. Pushed the start button and SNAP it broke. Second one a 2007 Yamaha Venture. Same failure. After the Venture failure I bought a Westco, and a few months later it leaked acid onto my starter relay and down onto the swing arm. Big mess. Back to Yuasa.
I prefer Yuasa and generally do not experience battery failure because I ride year 'round, and replace a battery every 3 years just to be safe. I'm just sayin' Yuasa is good but they DO fail, just like other batteries do.
