Default Introduction

Hello All,
Names David from Beaverton Oregon (Portland)
I have a 2015 Street glide Special.
I've been riding a very long time, came from sport bikes to sport tours. Bought the Street Glide Special new about 1 1/2 years ago.

I purchase a new Sena 10U for Shubert helmet alone with the new Sena Freewire.
I purchased and installed the P&A 7 pin Audio cable for the Sena Freewire to connect to.
The Audio sound and works great!
I Bluetooth my phone to the Boom.
My problem is the voice recognition does not work? I did install latest software on both the Freewire and the Boom.
I can't find and icons in the boom for turning on or off the microphone?
Do I need different boom software.
I have not tried a corded headset as I don't own one.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
David

Welcome from Michigan. Can't answer your question as I don't use that equipment however from what I've seen on these forums regarding this issue it seems to be the updates that create havoc with them. May be a starting point and I'm sure others will chime in with more knowledge than myself.

Welcome from Georgia!

The only way the Infotainment system will recognize your voice is with a wired headset with microphone, the Infotainment system does not have the capability built in to it to use a Bluetooth headset.
