I was really surprised that the iPhone 7 plus once Bluetooth to my info system, I could use siri to make calls get directions and ask siri for weather. I have a 2014 Ultra Classic I purchased new. I have 45K on it now. I did not get the fancy big screen touch screen system. I have the smaller radio screen.
Through the years I have updated the radio, but HD does not make to many updates for that particular radio. It does not have the touch screen or voice command or the Navigation system like the bigger radio. But to my surprise I connected my iPhone 7 plus to it, and as soon as it connected a screen popped up and said if I was to hold the call button down for a few secs, Siri would activate.
So I tested it out, and it worked like said. I could hold down the call button for like 2 sec and Siri popped up on the radio screen waiting for commands via my headset. I started heading down the road, and asked Siri for direction home and sure enough on my iPhone screen the mapped popped up with a plotted path from my current location to my house.
Held the button down again and asked siri to got to YouTube and play Steppenwolf Magic carpet ride. Bang there is was on the iPhone playing music and then it popped back to the map with giving me directions. I was like WOW. I was thinking about getting the bigger radio, but now that Siri will do all that, who needs the bigger radio. I have one already.

So siri popped up,, what does she actually look like? Sounds cool that it works like that, I have the "Fancy radio" but no mic to ask questions,, LOL. I suppose it's because you have an ultra and it has the CB option?

He means his iPhone navigation popped up when he asked Siri for directions. So I guess if he's cool with just using his phone all of the time, there is no need to upgrade to the premium 6.5 touch screen system.
