Was looking at the Softbrake, but vendor said the extended lever would not work on my bike as I have the fairing lowers installed. As I'm worried that the standard lever will restrict the ability to move my foot forward while riding, I'm sticking with stock for now.
Call Rick @ SoftBrake (1-208-561-5031) he knows more about these than anybody and service is outstanding. Brought a '97 Heritage Springer home on Friday, called him Friday night. I had the right one in the mail on Monday.
Just got mine a few weeks ago... I didnt' see any grease fitting?? I'm not sure why you would need one with bushings.

I have the ultra limited... So i have lowers that I can't take off. The softbrake works perfectly with them. I have the kury flooboard extenders too (1" out 1" forward). Pedal is much lower and at the end of my boards.
I talked to Rick on the phone because there was a post on here that it wouldn't work with the floorboard relocation from Kury. It works perfectly. Puts the brake pedal where it should be.
