Is anyone one here running Corbin's Wall seat on their Touring bike? I'm pretty much decided that this will be the replacement seat I order, but I wanted to see if anyone else was using it. I really like the shape and the lower back support it offers without having to run an actual backrest. I have an adjustable backrest with my stock seat, but I don't like the looks of the backrest, and they come up higher on my back than I like anyways.
I spoke to Jessica at Corbin on the phone yesterday. She was very friendly and helpful. She is sending me a bunch of fabric samples, since I live too far away to take advantage of the ride in service, and she also let me know that they can change the diamond stitching to tuck and roll pleating at my request. She also confirmed that they do offer a 10% military discount. I'm pretty excited to be working with them.
If it's anything like the Saddlemen Step Up it probably isn't as comfortable as stock. Apples to oranges, my friend got one for his Lowrider S and its not as comfortable as the stock seat.
