Not looking for the console itself, or add-ons... just the tank panel INSERT.

Is this what your searching for? replaces the black plastic w/stamped metal insert. There are good threads. "CVO tank console insert"

search the seller chromedhog-inc on ebay for "Gas Tank Console Insert", they have dash inserts and saddlebag latch inserts (and lots more items)

Am I calling them the wrong name? Talking about the inserts in the chrome panel on the tank - usually has the name of the model on it.

HD Part number 71973-08 for 08 to 13, for Road King & Road King Classic, Vivid Black only.

HD Part number 71370-05 for 89 to 07, FLH-FLHS-FLHT-FLHTC-FLTC-FLTR, Raised Skull only.

HD Part number 71902-08 for 08 to 13, Street Glide only, Raised Skull also.

These personal accents console inserts, came out in 04 or 05, I installed the Raised Skull
on my 07 Road King Custom. When I got 2014 Rushmore Street Glide I found out that they
didn't make them for Rushmores models any more.

Plenty of options for inserts, but the HD branded piece may be a challenge as the MOCO branded stuff is most likely copyrighted....
