haven't had to use mine yet BUT I purchased my 2016 SGS last December and Jim Palmer was the first call I made not even a week later.. the plan kicks in after my factory expires so no worries for MANY years
I've been doing business with Jim for years on ESP's. He's my first call when I change bikes. Solid, excellent customer service and you can not beat the price or the coverage.
30Glock and fellow riders, I look forward to answering any questions you have on the Extended Service Contracts we offer. I worked at Kutter Harley-Davidson from 2006 and continued with Boardtracker Harley-Davidson when they bought the dealership in 2015. Being able to work with riders all over the country providing access to an affordable Extended Service Contract is very enjoyable.
Jim Palmer
Not sure if you are aware but most on this forum have been doing business with you for years, myself included. I haven't read anything negative here about your business or costumer service concerns, always been excellent.
Glad your here, but what took you so long?
Used Jims ESP for nail in tire. Towed to dealer, new Tire installed. Only thing was that it happened on a Saturday so dealer required payment due to no familiararity with this specific ESP and no one answering the phone on weekends. That was in the fine print when I purchased the product so wasnt the least bit concerned. Reimbursed fully in a relative short period of time.

I am happy to finally become a Premium Vendor with H-D Forums. Up until recently (11+ years) my primary focus was Finance Department for the dealership. Now I will focus primarily on Extended Service Plans, Insurance, and Motorcycle Loans/Refinancing. I appreciate all long time loyal customers and look forward to meeting new riders!

The key to a successful claim is to do just that, ensure the repair facility calls for authorization prior to the repairs being completed. If emergency repair is after hours or on a Sunday, the repair facility just needs to call the next business day. If you need assistance, remember we are here to help as well.
About 2 weeks ago I worried Jim Palmer to death over 2 days with Email questions and a phone call or two. I can assure you, he answered every Email promptly, usually within a few minutes but never over an hour or so. There was also a Lady that returned my first Email with a call because Jim was out of the office at that time. I ended up with the five additional years of warranty AND the 6 year tire plan for about 5-6 hundred less than I found with any HD dealer for the HD ESP, with NO tire ESP. I have a 2016 Tri Glide and there are just too many things that cost near or over a thousand dollars to replace not including any engine type problems. My factory 2 year warranty ends the end of February and I just could not see going without the ESP with this bike. I realize you are taking a gamble with any ESP, but it is a gamble I have to take. I also know Jim will try to help with any claim if you have trouble with one.
